Jolynn got us our dream house, and did so with far more humor, honesty, insight, and patience than at least I, for one, was able to maintain. At the time we were looking for a house--a three bedroom in a good school district-- the Portland market was tight, and the pickings were slim. We must have visited at least two dozen homes. In every one of these Jolynn gave us her honest opinion of its benefits and flaws based on her wealth of experience. When we fell in love with one house, she coached us through the process, and when our bid was accepted, she CRUSHED the negotiations--the sellers made over 40k worth of repairs to the house. When their slimy, shiesty realtor tried to pull one thing after another she allayed our stress and successfully called him out on his BS. She knows her craft, and we're exceedingly thankful for it. Plus, she's got a phenomenal laugh.
