We just worked with Jolynn on the sale of our house this month. I cannot recommend her more highly. Not only is she warm, kind-hearted and friendly, but she is also very fast to respond and knows her stuff! She communicated with us a lot in person, which I really liked. She was very familiar with St Johns and the surrounding areas. The thing that most impressed me was how hard she worked for us, when there was a question about something that came up in our inspection, she went above and beyond, calling multiple experts to find out more and problem solve the issue. It was also a great balance of giving us the options to make decisions and giving us her expert advice when we needed it. She also has a pretty great sense of humor, which was helpful when things got a little touch and go. I can't say enough about how amazing she is to work with.
