I found the lovely Jolynn Winter via my curiosity of a home for sale in a friend's neighborhood. I signed up to receive some of her email communications. That was a year prior to me reaching out to her when I was ready to sell my own home. I was impressed by the market analysis she performs, as well as her presentation of information, understanding of the ebbs/flows of real estate and way of being accessible and responsive. I was someone with a very interesting property/situation presenting a unique challenge to any realtor. She took it on with great enthusiasm and yet was very grounded.
